Blog- Post Assessment

Map of Friendly'sMy favorite restaurant from my childhood is Friendly's, it's located on route 46, Elmwood park New Jersey. They serve all kinds of food there from 7:00 am-12:00 am. For breakfast they serve:Eggs Benedict, Breakfast Sample, Belgian Waffle, Butter Milk Pancakes, Steel cut Oatmeal, Brioche French Toast, Lumberjack Breakfast, and Big two do. For lunch and dinner they serve:Bacon Cheeseburger, Crispy Chicken Wrap, Country Chicken Tenders, Mac and Cheese, Signature
Clamboat, and Meatloaf.
My favorite dish would have to be The Country Chicken Tenders, and the Ice Cream Monster. I would always go here as a child with my family or friends to just mess around and have a good time. The first time I went there my friend Nicole showed me and my brother. I loved it so much at the time, with the food, the set up and the crane game. Right when you walk through the doors of Friendly's to the right are three game machines. One is pac man, the other is an old spaceship shooter, then the crane game. The machine is filled with cute cuddly stuffed animals that all kids want to have. I use to love to play it, especially since  it's play until you win.
It's my favorite restaurant because of all the memories that are there. I use to go there with family and friends, no matter how old we are it will never die out for us. If Friendly's ever closed down I think I would go to IHOP. I love IHOP a lot and would go there anytime, if I couldn't go to Friendly's. It's a secondary choose if I was out with friends, but if I was out with family most likely be going to IHOP.

Web 2.0 Do Now 12/15

One of my biggest desires is sports, mostly dancing. Dancing is a way to express yourself  and put yourself out there. I volunteer on Saturdays to help teach little kids how to dance. I think as they grow up they will love it and find happiness while doing it. I believe dancing could help lead people down the right path by getting them active and involved with many others. Over all I believe I'm helping the world a little more than I use to and hope that people follow in my foot steps.

Web 2.0: Do now writing prompt

As a teacher I want to add a dance curriculum. Dancing is a good way to express yourself and have fun with your peers, while also learning at the same time. You can learn different types of dance moves and different types of genres. You can learn how to wave, pop, lock, pin needle, and many more. You could learn anything from hip hop, jazz,  or ballet.
I think this class would not only be good with learning but also becoming more active with friends. This could help boost self esteem levels and for closer bonding between peers. You are allowed to express yourself and no one will judge you. Also you can learn moves from other people or teach them the ones you already know. I think this would be a great curriculum for teachers and students a fun learning class.
