Web 2.0: Multimedia Blog Pre-Posting

When I first came into his class I expected a hard stressful semester. I expect to fail the class and not pass the knowledge on the first time, I expected to have to pay for more tests and pass at the DMV. Now that I started the class I feel more confident in myself and in him as ateacher. The first week so far seems easy, for now.

This year I will be taking Drivers Education. My teacher is Mr. Vaccaro, teaches Drivers Education, Physical Education and Health. I've been in his classes more 5 years now, he's a really good teacher. At least that's what I think.Click here.
So far I learned many laws, what to do and what not to do. So far were on chapter three; we went over how to probably use a seat belt and put it on, what a seat belt is used for. We learned about passenger safety and your responsible for them. We learned about infant seats, where they should be placed and how they should be placed. We also learned about stop reaction, hand signals, three point turn and parallel parking.

The grading policy is  goes by tests, quizzes, projects, participation/activities/homework. Quizzes are 10%. Tests are 40%. Projects are 10%. Participation/activities /homework are 40%. Extra credit is 5%.
One interesting aspect of this class is it tells me everything I need to know about driving. Not just the laws, but the fact that I get to learn about what certain things in a car actually does. All my childhood I wanted to know how cars worked and how to drive. In the class you learn about technology, how cars work and function.  This technology will help you in everyday if, if you want to use/drive a car. I'm really excited that I am taking this class, I can't believe in a year or two. There is even a website where you could practice your permit, link.
